Tura Congratulates Lachlan Skipworth

WA composer Lachlan Skipworth‘s Clarinet Quintet: The Eternal (2016) has been selected from over 600 works for the ISCM World New Music Days 2017.

Skipworth’s piece will be performed at the festival by members of Canada’s National Arts Centre Orchestra as ensemble wolfGANG. See the full list of selected works, featuring 90 composers from nearly 50 countries.

Tura congratulates Skipworth on his achievement, and looks forward to presenting his ensemble Intercurrent in Simulacra on 29 August, as the third concert in the 2017 Scale Variable New Chamber Music Series.
