iMprov Program

Tura New Music’s iMprov Workshop Program is a free monthly event occurring in the upstairs rehearsal room of the Subiaco Arts Centre on Sunday’s at 2pm. These workshops create a space for regular meetings by those interested in experimental and improvised approaches to making music, regardless of their level of experience.

Bring your instrument, voice, or anything that makes sound, and join a host of like-minded others towards developing skills in listening and collaboration, whilst enriching your own individual improvised language.

All ages, levels of experience and degrees of involvement in experimental music and improvisation are welcome. Attendance is free and open but please RSVP to Josten Myburgh at josten@tura.com.au if you intend to be there or to make any enquiries. You may also ask be added to the mailing list in order to receive updates on workshops with visiting artists or other guest directors.

Stay updated with Facebook on upcoming workshops.
