Tura continues its annual award winning tour experience for communities across northern Australia, from Darwin, through the Kimberley and Pilbara regions, and into Perth. The Reflection Tour presents a truly memorable line up of new artists, places, partners and cultural adventures.

Bringing together two of Australia’s leading indigenous musicians, William Barton and Stephen Pigram, in an ensemble of some of Australia’s finest instrumentalists, Reflection creates a vibrant and uniquely Australian sound world.

Renowned artists Stephen Magnusson (guitars), Erkki Veltheim (violin), Ron Reeves (percussion), Tristen Parr (cello) and special guests, combine creative and technical virtuosity across a vast ocean of music genres and styles, creating a unique blend that brings the perfect music layering to sounds and stories of Stephen Pigram and William Barton.

Full of celebration, alongside powerful histories, this meeting of cultural forces presents songs of outback Australia and new commissioned music for the tour. Guest artists, including Stephen Baamba Albert, Bardi Dancers and Tura’s Artistic Director, Tos Mahoney, join the tour for special appearances.

The tour features public performances, schools workshops and community collaborations.

The Reflection Tour presents stunning performances that will transport audiences to new worlds and inspire communities.
