Taylor Deupree

Taylor Deupree is a sound artist residing in New York. His sound works explore a fusion of digital sound manipulation with organic and melodic textures. Taylor is the founder of seminal microsound label 12k and its offshoots L-NE and Happy. Alongside his output on 12k, he has released critically acclaimed recordings for labels across the globe including Spekk, Sub Rosa, Mille Plateaux, Fallt, Raster-Noton and Room40.

Petra Stump and Heinz-Peter Linshalm – The Duo Stump-Linshalm – strive for the enrichment of modern chamber music with revelatory new combinations of instruments and sounds – all devised in close working collaboration with some of the world’s leading composers. This imaginative Duo has now established itself as one of Austria’s freshest exponents of original and challenging music.

WAAPA concert includes works for clarinet, bassclarinet, contraclarinet, percussion and electronics.
