Resonator, under Musical Director Cat Hope, is the new music chamber ensemble at The Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. Comprising staff and elite students (both past and present), this premiere performance features a program of works by featured Festival composer Michel van der Aa.
Resonator is Ryan Davies (piano), Tara Murphy (violin), Tristan Parr (cello), Kirsten Smith (flute), Duncan Gardiner (guitar) and Aaron Wyatt (conductor).
Resonator will be joined by Festival artist Claire Edwardes and Perth pianist Adam Pinto.
Michel van der Aa will introduce the concert.
