An energetic night from young and emerging WA artists.
Axis 21 is the New Music ensemble at WA Academy of Performing Arts, Edith Cowan University featuring composers and performers .The program for Club Zho features works by composition students and includes works by students across all years of study at WAAPA.
The composition program at WAAPA encourages composers to perform one another’s works and involves residencies and guest lectures with composers from far and wide. Axis 21’s primary function is to perform student works, but the ensemble also performs works from outside the course, by Western Australian and Australian composers.
